The Club was formed in 1973 with 25 founder members.
Several social events, rallies, and matches were held in the
early days and eventually a number of Open Shows. On January 1979 the Club held
it's first Championship Show at Woking in a period of heavy snowfall. Mrs M
Hurll judged the dogs and awarded Carek Red Fashion his second Challenge
Certificate - he gained his title later that year. Mrs V Page judging bitches
gave Pollyanna of Caskeys the first of eight Challenge Certificates she was to
win that year. She was also Best in Show.
