I bought my foundation bitch in 1974 Carbonek Lady Eileen (Kes) as a pet but
she had
been kept back as show potential by her breeder Ann Aitken. Encouraged to show
her I did mostly Open Shows with success winning many Best of Breeds.
I mated her to Sh Ch Orichalc Alchymist in 1977 and kept a bitch Tagamago Gypsy
Moth (Jodie) who as a puppy won the ISBC Newry Trophy for Best Puppy in 1978. She did
extremely well at Open and Championship Shows gaining a Res CC. She in turn was
mated to Sh Ch Brinara Inula and produced the youngest Sh Ch ever at the time Sh
Ch Tagamago Top Deck. Litter brother and sister Tagamago Top Flight and Tagamago
Top Line gained their Junior Warrants and another sister Tagamago Top Class who
came back to live with me
when she was 4 years old won a Challenge Certificate.
This was a very successful litter. Tagamago Top O' The Morn owned by Brenda
Berry produced Sh Ch Brinara Moonraker.
I have bred a second Sh Ch Tagamago Loving Memory at Shiredale who gained her
title at 7 years old. The bitches I have now all stem from my foundation bitch.
They are Tagamago Sweet Inspiration and Tagamago Demants Lady Isabella TT
